The lifestyle challenge is not a diet and thank goodness because diets are NOT realistic or sustainable. We aren't a fan of fad diets or a long list of "do not eats." We enjoy food freedom and we want to help you do the same! When is the last time you thanked your body for showing up for you? THINK ABOUT IT!
I believe we forget to give our bodies the love and respect they deserve for carrying us through each day. We want to show you how powerful the results are when we learn to respect, understand and listen to our bodies. A lot of us (my self included) have been slaves to our food.... our days often revolve around what we are going to eat and when or we are going to eat it. We rely on that snack at 3pm or that latte to get us through our work day! Now, just so we are clear, I 100% L O V E food so much. I eat when I’m hungry every single time, I never starve myself, deprive or guilt myself. But I’ve learned to stop simply "feeding" my body and I've started to FUEL my body with the nourishment it needs. There is a big difference here, and through this Lifestyle Challenge we want to help teach you how to start fueling your body and stop over thinking food choices. Stop yo-yo dieting and feeling lost and overwhelmed when it comes to your food.
