TRAINERS

Eui Lee a.k.a. Master Lee Certified CrossFit Instructor Lee family

Master Lee has been doing Martial Arts his entire life starting at the age of
4.  His father, a Grandmaster instructor and 9th dan black belt, trained him from the beginning.  Master Lee has won numerous tournaments including 3 National Championships and was a resident athlete at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs,Colorado.  After retiring from competitive Taekwondo, Master Lee began coaching.  With his hard work and dedication, he was offered a position as the U.S.A. National Team Assistant Coach. During his training and coaching he realized that something was missing.  Master Lee found Coach Dave Menne a former UFC Champion and Mixed Martial Arts Trainer.  Master Lee got the itch to compete but not in Taekwondo, but in M.M.A.  Getting ready for his first fight he wanted to make sure he would be in optimum condition and in the best shape of his life.  After doing his research he found CrossFit and fell in love with it right away.  CrossFit reminded him of the tough but effective training he did at the Olympic Training Center. When he returned to the O.T.C. a few years later, he noticed other sports incorporating CrossFit into their strength and conditioning programs.  He knew this was the real deal.  Training his entire life as an elite athlete he knows what it takes to reach your personal fitness goals.  If you want to lose a few pounds or want to train like an Olympian, he is the trainer for you.  His motivation and discipline is second to none and I guarantee you he will motivate and help you reach your personal fitness goals.
His hobbies are hanging out with his family at the cabin, wake boarding, and watching his children compete in sports.  He also runs a full time Martial Arts School were CrossFit Twin Cities is offered.

Omar Sprandel Certified CrossFit Instructor At the Falls

Omar Sprandel is a level 1 certified CrossFit Instructor. Omar is an avid outdoor enthusiast and has spends as much time outdoors as possible. He has earned his EMT Intermediate certificate, SCUBA open water certificate, and numerous outdoor survival school certificates of completion. Omar spent 6 months in WA state at the Wilderness Awareness School learning outdoor survival, tracking, traps, awareness and numerous other outdoor skills. He is also a graduate from several Tom Brown wilderness survival courses. He has trained under Navy SEAL Mike Jaco at his Tactical Awareness School in PA, learning small unit tactics in outdoor settings, as well as Siyoc Kali knife fighting techniques and hand to hand combat. Martial Arts is also a large part of his life. He has also studied Praying Mantis Kung-Fu as well as Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. Omar also runs another company dealing in the Foreign Currency markets and has obtained several financial licenses and is just as passionate about the financial markets as he is about training.

Robert Clark Certified CrossFit Instructor Rob

Robert Clark is a college student with great motivation. He is attending the Minnesota School of Business to obtain his Bachelors degree as a Health and Fitness Specialist. For the past nine years he has trained in Taekwondo and is now an assistant instructor at the World Taekwondo Academy. He also competes in Taekwondo nationally and loves competition.

As an Athlete he really takes in to account the value of physical fitness and training the entire body and mind. Competing in Taekwondo has brought a lot of great experiences and opportunities for him. Just this past year he competed in the 2008 national championships and took 3rd in his division and hopes to do better in 2009.

Robert loves to spend time at his cabin and with his family hunting and fishing. His hobbies include snow boarding in the winter, and everything from long boarding with his dogs to riding a motorcycle in the summer. When he is not doing his homework or training, than it’s time to spend with his Rottweiler puppy Nala, who also loves to work out and stay as fit as possible.
