The above schedule is for our group classes. All classes are scheduled for one hour time slots. Most workouts will not go for the entire hour as is the nature of CrossFit. We do hard, intense workouts that rarely go over a half an hour for the actual workout, but we will warm up, stretch, etc. These shorter more intense workouts are a major reason for CrossFit's effectiveness.
Private sessions are available by appointment.
