Our monthly rates are as follows: Unlimited sessions are 100/month. The elements class is 100.00. The Elements class is required for ALL new clients.
All police, military, and firefighters will receive a 25% discount!
25% discount to all Martial Arts students of Northway or World Taekwondo Academy AND their parents!
Drop in rate is 20.00. You must first prove competent in the CrossFit basic movements.
Private training sessions are also available.
If cancellations are needed, they need to be done 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be obligated to pay the session fee.

Just watch the videos we put up. I think it will inspire you and you will one day kip like a champ. I still can't kip worth a crap, Jeremy and Omar kicked my ass with pull ups today.
