Hey guys....keep your eyes open for new additions to the blog, new pages, new technique videos, etc...keep track of the menu. Also watch for new additions to our training regiment, we will be bringing in monthly to bi/monthly specialty classes!!!!!
As you all know we are outgrowing our space once again and it may be time to start eyeballing new locations. Your help in spreading the word of Xfit and our gym will greatly help to faciliate a move. So bring your friends, family and co-workers in during the next month and if they join we will wave the elements class charge. That is a 100.00 savings for them, and puts us closer to a dedicated facility!!!!!!
