Oh, boy....my butt is going to smart tomorrow. Huge squats, then as Alyssa said, a killer Kickboxing class. All glutes and legs, baby! Congrats to Dave and Carl. We all put up some big weight tonight. Carl and I ended at 245#, but if we had more time we could have gone higher! Next time.

Alright I've decided I like the back squats MUCH better than overhead squats :o)...135# for me....then a KICKA** Cardio class afterwards for Chris,Ashley and me :o)

This will be an interesting one for me...I have NEVER done a back squat...always missed that day....so I'll start with just the bar probably :o)
