I'm back from Tijuana alive and well. 2 weeks away from the gym and family was one of my longest times away working with the U.S. National Team. We won 1 gold and 2 bronze medals and took 4th overall with the women's team. So it was a very successful event for our young team as the World Championships is the hardest tournament in the world with close to 100 countries participating. It was a great experience but I'm glad to be home! I wasn't able to keep contact because the internet was so slow and sometimes wasn't able to get online because of all the people. I hope everyone is still focused and training hard. We have just a little over 2 weeks for the contest finals so stay on track!

Congrats to Master Lee and all of his athletes!
