bummer....I can't go to crossfit until Saturday...too much going on, have to babysit the grandkids, Sammy is getting wisdom teeth out today and tons of other crap....hopefully next week I can get back on track grrrrr...

I did regular jump ropes the last two rounds- 200 instead of 50 double unders. Did 50 "reasonably successful" double unders for the first round. The back extensions I did what was "prescribed". 16:02

Did double unders as well as possible right now. I think the percentage of successful to reasonably successful is improving. I may have had one or two incidences where I did two in a row.
