I did Cardio Kickboxing class instead....but will be back to Crossfit on Monday!!!....alright....checking in on the Biggest Loser thingy.....need to work on that part of the body that is right under the Butt.....soooo Omar lets do some workouts this week that will help that part of my body :o) THANKS
