Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster, Women 65 lbs
Pull-ups
Or Team WOD if the class is to large.
(Adjusted)
Use GOOD negatives for pull ups. 45 lbs for kids and women. NO jumping pull ups!
If you don't show up you will pay!!!! Lol.

Hey Everyone! I'm sorry I'll miss this one. I had some seriously big hair in the 80's.
My dad passed away yesterday and is now in a better place. I am glad I could be with him and hold his hand and talk to him.
We will be back this weekend. Miss you guys and gals!

As long as there are no squats, pull ups or push ups. We got our share of those yesterday! And yes, ha ha ha ha Master Lee, yes you will need to hide your ipod.....does dancing and singing count as a WOD? LOL.....oh the memories are going to start flooding back with those songs!

We are heading to the Lookout tonight! More than likely we will have teams so get ready for another fun WOD. Alyssa you can leave your head phones at home, cuz I got some really good music for tonight! lol. Tracy might steal my ipod after this one! And feel free to bring a friend too.
