I agree bear crawls rank right up there with burpees. They took a lot of energy to do. I did my first round of thrusters with the 2-20lb dumbbells. WOW. A lot harder than it looks. I had to move on to the 45lb bar in the second round. Amazing how much easier they were to do. I worked very hard on my negative pull ups and trying to incorporate the kipping motion. One day I will be able to do a full pull up. I didn't say it would be soon. LOL. Time: 17:33

Did anyone hear me growling as I did my bear crawls? May have sounded more like moans. Yep - they rank up there with burpees. But sure feel like it made for a great workout. I tried doing the negative pullups for all rounds, except the end of the 4th I went to a few jumping ones. Must have done something right as my arms feel like loose rubber bands today. Great workout Coach Omar - thanks!

I kept expecting to hear Johnny Cash singing "Hurt." That would have made sense. :)

Wow! Bear crawls are right up there with burpees! They are especially fabulous when accompanied by Johnny Cash music blaring overhead. Thanks Coach Omar for keeping us going! Really, I was smiling on the inside.

Loved the bear crawls!
Thrusters - 12 # body bar
Did jumping pullups, but did try to use arms more. It was easier to do that the first couple of rounds, then I don't think I used them so much.

Other then my 'warm up jog' last night, I was really disappointed in my workout. Dare I try another tonight? Not to mention, will leg muscles allow me workout? hahaha
