Congrats to Rebecca (in yellow to the far right), and Natalie (in yellow to the far left) who sparred in the finals at a Taekwondo tournament. It was a close and exciting match! The 2 were non stop and Rebecca won by points. Thank god for CrossFit. These two were ready to passout because they held their breath the whole time! Lol! Good job ladies were proud of you for going outside your comfort zone and competeing! Look out Alyssa their coming after the National Champ!!!!
