My plan is Crossft Tues & Wed nights....Friday noon.....Cardio Mon & Thur....but umm...I do have to miss some Fridays for going up to the cabin...but I can probably do the workout up there....I have everything I need pretty much so

Did you hear??? Tracy won't be able to join us for the open house. Of course she will be sore from being on the motorcycle all day! Not quite the same. I don't know if I will ever be ready for Crossfit. BUT I am very excited for the open house. Alyssa, do you plan on going to the evening sessions during the week?

Alrighty folks...I'm headed to the cabin and won't get back until Sunday afternoon....all I can say is there better be some chatter while I'm gone and I have something new to read when I get back...if not I'll be disappointed in you all....ummmm....there is like only EIGHT days until the Open House.....are any of you ready? AHHHHHHHHHHHH

yeah a lot of people can't see the photo for some reason. I have no idea what is going on.

I can't see the pic either....its just a blank with a red "x"....well Master Lee knows how to motivate me...just put a challenge in front of me and I HAVE to bite!...so now I'm determined to come back and fight to keep my title :o)

I have to admit that I had a bit of fun sparring on Saturday. It was rather intimidating at first, but once you get going you forget about everything around you. Alyssa...have no fear...I don't think I will be going for any championship. LOL. I am counting the days until the Crossfit open house.

BTW - I am not seeing the pic which is probably a good thing cuz I am guessing it won't be all that flattering.

Just keep trying. When you get the kip you will feel great. As for the sparring we will wait until you are better. haha. Thanks for your help at the tournament. Sarah where were you?

Your MEAN....you know I can't do that yet :o( and I'll want to...then I'll hurt myself...hell I can't run yet...did 3 times so far, and the last time did something now have severe pain when I run....so back to the bike I am hahaha...still trying the kipping....about 1/2 way there for ONE ....its a lot harder than it looks!!!!

Lol! Or first CrossFit workout we can add sparring for our warm up!
